We shipped a pallet of my son’s belongings from San Diego to Boston. Cape Cod Express were to deliver. They called a day ahead and then when they ran late on delivery day, called again to say it would be the next morning. The driver arrived early but had to park on the opposite side of the narrow street and one house up. The driver unwrapped the pallet, and helped move the boxes from the pallet to door of my son’s basement, 130 feet way, in light rain. He could have left the pallet on the street but went the extra mile to make sure the boxes weren’t left out in the rain. Kudos the the driver and Cape Cod Express.
